PRIVACY POLICY
Voodoo Industries makes every effort to ensure your privacy and safety online. We will not give any information about you to others without your express permission. We use your customer information only when it will be important for us to contact you regarding your order and special offers we think you'll find valuable.

RETURNS and REFUND POLICY

Returns are available on some products and are case by case basis depending on the specific product and specific situation. 

  • Any product that is to be considered for return, must be returned within 15 days of customer purchase date at customer expense, unopened and in original factory packaging.   
  • CUSTOM TUNING IS NON REFUNDABLE. 
  • Tuners suck as EFI, SCT, EZLYNK, DimSport are not available for return.
  • All sales are FINAL on Special Orders and Made to Order items.
  • All returns & refunds are subject to a minimum of a 20% re-stocking fee.  
  • Customer is 100% responsible for ALL SHIPPING COST on returned items.
  • Credit will only be issued once product has been received, inspected and found to be in brand new condition as shipped to the buyer.
  • Shipments refused by you (the Customer) and returned back to Voodoo Industries will incur and automatic 20% restocking fee. 
  • Any product that has been installed is not eligible for a refund. 
  • All returns must be approved by Voodoo Industries management.

SENDING EMAILS
We use emails to communicate with you, to confirm your placed orders, and to send information that you have requested. We also provide email links, as on our Contact Us page, to allow you to contact us directly. The information you send to us may be stored and used to improve this site and our products, or it may be reviewed and discarded. However, your information will not be shared with third parties.

PAYMENTS
We use a secure credit card processing company to process our merchant funds for goods and services. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal for your convenience. We take every precaution to protect against credit card fraud.

Common Questions
Q: Why must I set up an account?
A: We highly suggest you set up an account so you can track your order, shipments and make any returns easily.

Q: Do you really need more than one address?
A: We only need an additional address from you if your billing and shipping addresses are different. In order to protect against credit card fraud, your billing address must match the address on the credit card. If you would like us to ship to a different address, simply provide another ship to address.

Q:Why do you need the security code on the back of my card?
A: This allows us to verify you have the card in your possession at the time of purchase and to protect against fraudulent charges.

Voodoo Industries Warranty Information
Be aware that when purchasing performance parts from Voodoo Industries, you are purchasing a "performance part" and it's use is at "your own risk". It may be necessary to remove the product from your vehicle before servicing, as it may interfere with factory diagnostic equipment.

Please review your Vehicles warranty, and the Installation of Aftermarket Products clause for more information concerning your rights when installing performance parts. As the Buyer, you accept full responsibility for the proper use and service of all products, and you waive all liability claims against Voodoo Industries. The purchase and installation of products indicates buyer's acceptance of these conditions. By submitting an order with Voodoo Industries, you declare that you have read and accept all the terms, conditions, and responsibilities of your purchase.

Voodoo Industries Shipping Policy & Procedure
Here Voodoo Industries, we strive to get your order processed and en-route to you as quickly as possible. Our typical lead-time from order placed to shipped is 24hrs, except for Holidays & Weekends. Special orders can take longer to ship depending on stock and inventory levels.

Shipping costs
Most items shipped from Voodoo Industries, over the price of $100 ship for free.* Some items that are overweight, larger than normal, or special order, may incur additional freight charges. We strive to maintain accurate rates on our website, but at times, certain products will have modified freight, and will incur other charges, if this occurs, Voodoo Industries will contact you to discuss the differences in costs, or arrange a different shipping method if possible.

Signature Requirement
If a shipment is refused or non-deliverable and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges and restocking fees. Voodoo Industries is not responsible for addresses deemed undeliverable or packages redirected for pick-up at an alternate location by the carrier.

UPS and FedEx maintain the option to REQUIRE a signature at the time of delivery, regardless of the recipient’s request to leave the package at the door. We make every effort to ship as requested by the customer, but the carrier reserves the right (as the responsible party) to make any changes based on the value of the shipment or other liability considerations.

Backorders or Shipment Delays
If an item is inadvertently backordered, or must be drop shipped from a manufacturer, we will notify you via email or phone call once our warehouse notifies us. Please make sure we have a valid Email and Phone Number for you.

Some items are special order or come directly from the manufacturer. Delays in processing times or shipping can occur for these items. Your patience is appreciated.

Periodically, a part may be discontinued or temporarily unavailable that is listed on our website due to changes or production issues by the Manufacturer. We make every attempt to maintain current information and stock levels, but are not responsible for any manufacturing delays.

1. Many products offered for sale through this website are designed and intended for off-road use only.
2. Use on any state or federal highway may constitute a violation of the Clean Air Act (CAA). The CAA can be found at http://www.epa.gov/air/caa/. This document contains in detail what are considered to be violations of the CAA and corresponding penalties for failure to obey and should be read in full before acknowledging this disclaimer and/or installing this off-road only use product. 5. BUYER is not relying upon SELLER’S skill or judgment to select or furnish products suitable for any particular purpose and all products are sold without any warranty whatsoever, express or implied, as to fitness for any particular intended use.
6. No OFF-ROAD USE ONLY products are available for sale or use in the state of California.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Voodoo Industries product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Voodoo Industries reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Voodoo Industries reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Voodoo Industries shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Voodoo Industries without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
